Mrs. Sara Al-Nassar (Business Developer)

A prominent Business developer inside the group, Mrs Sara is highly regarded due to her work of  attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients, Suggesting upgrades to added products and services that will enhance the customer experience. She also works  closely with other company executives and management teams to ensure everyone is on-board with the Company’s objectives and aspirations.

Mr. Mohamed El Kady (PR Manager and Member of the Board)

An experienced professional who serves as the PR Manager at Elegant Group, where he is responsible for managing the company’s public relations efforts and strengthening its brand presence in the market. He also draws on his experience as co-founder of Dalala Technology and founder of Black Rock for Trade and Export, as well as his previous role as Broker Manager at Qatar Investment Authority.

Dr. Mohamed Shaheen  (Business Development  Manager and Chairman of the board)

A skilled business leader, Dr Mohamed is currently appointed as the Business Development Manager at Elegant Group, where he plays a key role in contributing to the advancement of corporate objectives. In addition to this role, he also serves as the the Chairman and founder of Cairo Reef Group which is an important player in the real estate market. He also comes from an extensive academic background completing a Doctorate in Business Management. The mix of both high academic achievement and an outstanding entrepreneurial spirit, has led to the success and expansion of Elegant group under his leadership.

Mrs. Ghayda Abouziz (Business Developer)

Ghayda Abouziz is a seasoned professional in the field of business development. Her  responsibilities in her role at Elegant Group are diverse and wide-ranging, she is responsible for  Identifying opportunities that come up in new and existing markets, manage company risks that might prevent growth and Create business plans for new ventures and divisions. Her strategic vision and sound judgment have enabled the company to maintain a strong relationship with all stakeholders while also setting the stage for future growth and prosperity

Mohamed Ismail (Financial Manager)

An outstanding figure inside Elegant group, He currently holds the financial manager office in which he oversees the company’s financial operations and ensuring sound financial management. He plays a critical role in optimizing the company’s financial performance and guiding key financial decisions. Under his leadership, he was able to lead by example and positively influence the behavior and performance of employees he supervises.

Mr. Ahmed Shaheen (Member of the Board)

Globally minded executive inside Elegant Group  with over two decades of proven leadership experience across seven diverse countries. His expertise in various sectors that range from gold mining, oil and gas and rail technology & solutions with numerous  multinational corporation, has earned him the trust with many professionals in and around the firm. 

Mr. Sameh Soudy (Head of Sales)

A competent leader with an experience in sales management and strategic leadership, Mr sameh’s duties involve driving revenue growth, customer acquisition and market expansion. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s sales strategies, ensuring that Elegant Group’s offerings reach the right markets and meet the needs of its clients.

Mr. Mohamed Lotfy  (Chief Executive Officer and Member of the board)

An accomplished leader with an extensive experience in the real estate industry. He assumed the role of CEO of Elegant group in which he is responsible for developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring they align with short-term and long-term objectives and Overseeing all operations and business activities. A natural born entrepreneur, he founded multiple successful ventures before including  Dalala development , sbcon construction and qarar development. In addition, to  serving as the Commercial Manager at Cairo Reef Group, where he contributed to the company’s growth and commercial strategies.
